Common things

A photo or video did not come out. Nothing is charged for a generation that fails — the credits go back to your balance automatically, usually within a few seconds. If your balance looks wrong, tell us and we will check it.

My pet does not look like my pet. The Star Kit is built from the photos you upload, so more variety helps: face on, in profile, and full body, in good light. You can swap photos on the My Star screen and rebuild the kit.

Credits. Your first Star Kit is free. After that, photos and films cost credits, and what each one costs is listed under Credits & Plans in the app. A subscription adds credits every month; packs are one-off.

Restoring a purchase. Credits & Plans → Restore purchases. Your credits belong to your account rather than to a device, so signing in on a new phone brings them with you.

Deleting your account. Help & Privacy → Delete account. It removes everything immediately — see the privacy policy.

Write to hello@evaventures.co and say what happened and roughly when. If it is about a specific photo or film, the date you made it is enough for us to find it.
